Neelankarai lies on the coast just off ECR, with spacious villas and gated communities. Sea air and sandy footfall make moisture-proof, easy-clean floors a sensible starting point.
Typical homes: Villas and gated communities. Endura Floors supplies and installs the floor, so one team handles selection, delivery and fitting.
Good to know
- Place a good doormat at entrances to keep sand off the floor.
- Outdoor decks should use materials rated for sun and rain.
